What is the 75 Day Challenge? (slightly modified)
Drink 1 gallon of water a day
Exercise for 30 minutes a day, twice a day
Read for 30 minutes
Follow any "diet"
Take a photo for daily progress
Tracking My Progress
This is the most important part. My mission is to be successful at following through for 75 days.
Up until now, I have not been able to do it. Not this time! I'm making those 75 days my bitch!
Starting Weight: 137 LBS
Diet of choice: I feel good when I track my calories, so I have myself set up with MyFitnesPal to keep me honest and focused. I also signed us back up for Factor meals because its easier for me to track and I know I am eating a pretty balanced meal. I choose their calorie smart option, so my meals maintain around 400 calories each.
Current Book: The Boyfriend - Freida McFadden
Exercise: I will be utilizing my walking pad, hot yoga, Pilates and home work outs to keep things interesting.
Water: This one is pretty easy. I usually drink about 80 ounces a day. I am going to start tracking so I know for sure.
